Our story
Koyaki was started by two friends who grew up in families rooted in the restaurant business for more than 30 years. They grew up around kitchens, prep tables, and long days built on consistency and care. That experience shaped a deep respect for how food is made and why process matters.
That respect became the foundation for Koyaki. Built as a modern fast casual concept, Koyaki serves Asian inspired bowls, salads, and wraps made fresh to order. Food that is clean, satisfying, and rich in flavor. Eating healthier made easier.
Asian cooking has always been rooted in balance. Fresh ingredients. Careful preparation. Flavor built through patience, not shortcuts. Koyaki takes inspiration from those traditions and brings them into a modern, everyday setting built for real life.
That same respect extends to how Koyaki sources its food. Koyaki serves Zabiha Halal meat, a process grounded in care, cleanliness, and responsibility. From how the animal is raised to how it is prepared, every step is intentional. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is careless. The result is halal food that is cleaner, fuller in flavor, and a healthier way to eat.
Reimagining the way we eat means raising the standard for what everyday food should feel like. Food that fits into busy lives without compromising values. Healthy food that feels aligned with the way you want to live. A shared way of eating that brings people together.
What is Zabiha Halal?
It starts long before the food ever reaches the kitchen. The animal is properly fed with a natural diet. Given space, care, and attention throughout its life.
No unnecessary additives. No preservatives or nonsense introduced at any stage. It is handled calmly, treated with care and respect.
When the time comes, everything is done cleanly and by hand, with intention and responsibility. That’s what Zabiha Halal represents, a process rooted in care from start to finish, comparable to the highest standards of farm raised animals.
At Koyaki, that process is the foundation, not the finish line. It’s paired with whole, real ingredients and thoughtful cooking. How the food is prepared, balanced, and cooked is what turns that care into clean, flavorful dishes that fit into a healthier way of eating.
